Muzi Shongwe – Non – Life Underwriter

 

Muzi is our Non-life Underwriter, having joined the company in July 2016 and is currently responsible for all our facultative and treaty reinsurance business.

He has over eight (8) years experience in short term insurance and reinsurance underwriting. He was previously employed by one of Eswatini’s leading short term insurers, where he was handling claims across all classes of short term business. He also brings valuable experience in insurance loss adjustment, assessment and technical opinion drafting.

Muzi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Swaziland and is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (AIISA). He is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of Swaziland.
