Ezulwini Reinsurance Company is jointly owned by the Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) of the Kingdom of Eswatini, www.pspf.co.sz – (51%) and Tanzania Reinsurance Company, www.tan-re.co.tz – (49%). The PSPF is the largest pension fund in Eswatini. PSPF has diverse investment interests both in and outside Eswatini. Tanzania Reinsurance Company has a vast experience on reinsurance business and writes both Life and Non-Life reinsurance business across the whole of Africa and parts of Asia.
